BaudRate Gets or sets the baud rate.
Break Sets the break state.
CD Gets the state of the CD (Carrier Detect) line.
Cts Gets the state of the CTS (Clear To Send) line.
DataBits Gets or sets the length of data bits.
Dsr Gets the state of the DSR (Data Set Ready) line.
Dtr Gets or sets the state of the DTR (Data Terminal Ready) line.
Handshake Gets or sets the handshake type.
Parity Gets or sets the parity type.
PortNumber Gets or sets the port number for serial communication.
ReadBufferDataSize Gets the size of data in the read buffer.
ReadBufferSize Gets or sets the size of the read buffer.
RI Gets the state of the RI (Ring Indicator) line.
Rts Gets or sets the state of the RTS (Request To Send) line.
StopBits Gets or sets the length of stop bits.
TimeOut Gets or sets the timeout time. The unit to be used is millisecond.
